Good song. Saw Connor in Concert an number of years ago before I realized I had graduated from the same HS a few years earlier.

“Another Traveling Song” IIRC on the same album is actually pretty good.
We were at the concert to see the other performers and I was taken aback by his short set. It is also interesting to note that he came from Omaha, NE a fairly oppressively religious part of the nation. Though not quite as digbatty or news worthy as Kansas, still pretty up there. Also, the high school was ran by Jesuits. The jabs at religion seem to stand out a bit to me.
